To the Senator from Illinois, the EPA stated that they caused this spill. Dozens upon dozens of individuals and businesses filed a claim against the EPA for damages caused by a spill that the EPA admits. Scott Pruitt has said that he will fulfill the promise of paying for those claims the Obama administration denied. Will the Senator agree that the EPA, under the last administration, failed to deliver on the promises made of paying these claims?
