the economy doing well does not necessarily always mean that workers are doing well.

We know that students at for-profit institutions are likely to take on more debt, default on that debt, and not complete their degrees.

Nearly two years ago, I voted to pass the Forever GI Bill to ensure that our nation's veterans can access the benefits of the social mobility that come with a high-quality post-secondary education.

So prohibiting that kind of pre-dispute arbitration with regard to Federal aid I think is one of the most important elements of the Borrower Defense rule, and that is threatened by this current administration that does not agree with that.

But we know, for too many student veterans, that is just not the case.

What is ideal? What creates the incentive and yet is not perhaps burdensome?
