This prestigious program is run by the Rocklin Area Chamber of Commerce and provides an opportunity for participants to build upon their leadership skills while developing meaningful relationships with community and local business leaders. The areas of learning for this program include leadership skills in theory, education, volunteerism and community service, Rocklin civics, public safety, transportation, health and human services, economic development, the history of Rocklin, and much more.
