I appreciate your comments, and I do think it is important to make sure that, as we look at the 2023 Farm Bill process.
I look across this Committee, I see a lot of folks that represent California dairies.
Each one of those delays hits their bottom lines at a time when they simply can't afford it.
If all we are doing is telling folks that the only route to the middle class is through a 4-year college degree, we are going to be leaving out the vast majority of a lot of folks across the country.
