I feel very strongly about this, and passionately about this. I don't know where the governor stands. But I tell you what, a lot of good people are saying privately what a lot of us don't have the courage to do publicly.

So much is going to become clear. Right now there's a lot of uncertainty as to when these acts of sexual abuse and molestation occurred.

The Democrats, this is actually a big win, I think, for Governor Gray Davis.

What this decision says is that is unconstitutional, violates equal protection when you have people voting within the same state using different machines.
