These are the people that are on the front line as it relates to Mexican elections right now.

This is not the American values that you fight for abroad.

The work of civil society there in the Northern Triangle is critical.

So what more can we do to help these institutions move forward with the good work that they're doing?

When a government decides that it is an important policy to rip away a baby that is nursing from its mother and that that is good policy, we have to challenge that.

I am concerned about that decision and how the President came to care more about Chinese workers than the workers at a Fontana steel mill in my district.

Are you aware that some very corrupt officials and criminals are working to undermine the efforts of local prosecutors and judges who are fighting against corruption in Central America?

I am very concerned from my constituents' perspective on what is happening at the White House and who is advising the President on foreign affairs issues.

I hope that you will represent all of our interests here at home and abroad.

I urge my colleagues to support my amendment, and I support all of the measures that are before us today.

This bill will keep our security cooperation with Israel strong for many years to come.
