If I had been, I would have cast a ``yes'' vote on H.R. 1185, Final Passage of the Federal Deposit Insurance Reform Act of 2005, and a ``yes'' vote on H. Res. 233, Recognizing the 60th Anniversary of Victory in Europe (V-E) Day. ____________________
