I have got to tell you, I want to be very respectful to Mr. Barr and Mr. Krimminger because I know that you are here, you know, at the behest of others, but you are in a position of having to defend what I think is almost an indefensible situation here because there is the reality of a super-regulator, like the Chairman suggests.
