Well, absolutely not. I mean we spoke to Secretary Nielsen yesterday as in question about the caucus. We told her that idea that they believe that they're going to get this done by the deadline is impossible, and she kept insisting they were going to do it. And, again, she didn't. They lied. They had no plan how to get out of this. They still have no plan to get out of this. She doesn't personally have the leadership capability to do it, nor does the President have the focus on doing it. And unfortunately, we can now say that this country has created orphans because of bad policy.
