Raúl Manuel Grijalva is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Arizona's 3rd congressional district since 2003. A member of the Democratic Party, Grijalva has been an advocate for environmental protection, education, and healthcare reform throughout his tenure in Congress. He has played a significant role in various legislative initiatives, particularly those aimed at addressing climate change and promoting social justice.
Too much is at stake to approve this project without fully understanding the impacts of it.
Since the passage of the land exchange, Chairman Grijalva has introduced legislation (H.R. 665 in this Congress) that would repeal Section 3003, for which we are very grateful.
I think those areas, if anything else, need to be strengthened going forward.

The only way forward, if we are to survive as a Nation, as a society, and as a world, is to respect the rights of all people.
