We have a tremendous opportunity with the budget, infrastructure, and reconciliation processes that are happening now to make an investment in water and in our communities.
We need significant investments in our crumbling dams, irrigation infrastructure, acequias, and the restoration of our precious ecosystems.
We need to ensure--which will take our work, here in Congress--that we change the operations of our water management systems to take climate change into consideration.
