Those are questions that demand answers, and we have to have them, as a Committee.
It doesn't sound to me like the tribes are getting their wish of being left out of the reorganization at this point.
I was thinking if there was an instruction manual on how to fundamentally weaken an agency, this is what I think it would recommend: start by creating a crisis for key agencies...
