“I am not from New Mexico, but I do have an interest in education because that was one of the standard operating procedures that we were promised on public land. If I am not mistaken, the Tribes are beneficiaries, as well, of that educational fund. And so, when you start looking at this, depriving that fund of its due resources--I don't know about New Mexico, but Arizona has got a problem paying for its educational system.
