None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to fund-- (1) grant R01AI110964 of the National Institutes of Health titled ``Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence''; or (2) cooperative agreement U01AI151797 of the Department of Health and Human Services titled ``Understanding Risk of Zoonotic Virus Emergence in EID Hotspots of Southeast Asia''.
