I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to fund-- (1) grant R01AI110964 of the National Institutes of Health titled ``Understanding the Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence''; or (2) cooperative agreement U01AI151797 of the Department of Health and Human Services titled ``Understanding Risk of Zoonotic Virus Emergence in EID Hotspots of Southeast Asia''. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 864, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Gosar) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
