The Clerk read as follows: Page 31, lines 2 through 10, strike ``Funds made available'' and all that follows through ``that period, but'' and insert ``A charter school (as that term is defined in section 1141 of the Education Amendments of 1978 (25 U.S.C. 2021)) may operate''.
