I have amendment No. 153 at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will report the amendment. The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. _. None of the funds made available by this Act may be obligated or expended to the following entities or in contravention of title 18 U.S.C. section 2339-B: (1) The Government of Iran. (2) The Government of Syria. (3) The Palestinian Authority. (4) Hamas. (5) The Islamic State of Iraq and Syria. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 628, the gentleman from Arizona and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
