The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title) insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by the Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the modification to boating restrictions contained in the news release issued by the United States Fish and Wildlife Service entitled ``Minor Modification to Boating Restrictions at Havasu Wildlife Refuge'' and dated May 20, 2015. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 820, the gentleman from Arizona (Mr. Gosar) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Arizona.
