The Clerk read as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by reducing the amount made available for ``Department of Veterans Affairs--Departmental Administration--General Administration'', and increasing the amount made available for ``Department of Veterans Affairs Departmental Administration--Information Technology Systems'', by $3,215,910.
