It looks to me like it is really dangerous for us to suggest that a government that cannot build a website is all of a sudden now capable of handling the entire complexity of the healthcare system.

I think it is high time that we get all the tribes together for a symposium with Congress, and talk about sovereignty, and talk about what the treaty obligations are, so that we come out with one voice.
