Mr. Chairman, I yield myself such time as I may consume. I would love to engage with the gentleman from New Mexico if the gentleman would not mind. Mr. Chair, Members are bringing up this concept of methane capture. There is an easy solution. Is the gentleman in favor of providing a pipeline, because what ends up happening, we can recover almost 100 percent of the methane emissions when we have a pipeline nearby, because then it becomes profitable and it becomes something that we can actually utilize.
