Having commanders make prosecution decisions jeopardizes convictions.

The WHO needs to stop covering for them. I think Dr. Tedros needs to step down. We need to take some action to address this issue. It's just - it's irresponsible. It's unconscionable what they've done here.

I am very proud to say that the State of Arizona has been a National leader in addressing these challenges head on.

I strongly believe we cannot take responsibility away from the commanders due to the unique roles commanders play in culture, readiness, good order and discipline, and mission.
