If we would quit going around the world going mea culpa, mea culpa, mea maxima culpa, we just don't do enough, I think we would get a lot more accomplished.
I want to make sure that when we are putting aid into these communities, how do we make sure that we get credit for it?
I think what the American people are asking us to do is please, we don't want to stop helping other people around the world but at what point do we come to the realization that we are truly broke?
