The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 8, strike lines 13 and 14 and insert the following: ``U.S.C. 9605(a)(8)(B)) is amended by inserting ``Not later than 90 days after''. Page 9, line 7, strike ``; and'' and insert a period. Page 9, strike lines 8 through 15. The CHAIR.
