Page 17, line 21, insert ``jointly and'' before ``annually''. Page 17, line 22, strike ``congressional intelligence committees'' and insert ``the Committee on Homeland Security of the House of Representatives, the Committee on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs of the Senate, and the congressional intelligence committees''.
