Arizona may be one of the most exposed states in the country to the negative impacts of excessive data center development.

My office has reached out to ICE for answers on how this was allowed to happen to an American citizen. It is wholly unacceptable to wrongfully detain U.S. citizens.

If the conspiracies raised (on Thursday) were a precursor for any federal intervention in Arizona’s elections, please know that I will do everything as your Attorney General to fight that.
