Absent this Court’s prompt intervention, the twenty-five Affected Voters will be illegally denied their right to vote in the November 3, 2026 general election.

After successful mediation efforts, Recorder Heap will reinstate the voting status of citizens at issue in this case.

The Recorder has refused to voluntarily undertake his statutory duty, so must be ordered to do so.

My point is we need incentives to help all Arizonans and major industries swap thirsty grass and catch rainwater, especially if our water situation gets worse — while I take on the foreign mega-farms and data centers draining our water.
