in view of that answer, which is greatly confusing to me, it is clear that the effort is not simply to eliminate the stay language that Senator Coburn was successful in inserting in the Judiciary Committee, but also the injunction language that is in the existing statute. I don't know that you can read it any other way. If the Senator from Wisconsin would like to clarify, I will certainly stand to be corrected.
