They are echoing the sentiments of a lot of other groups both in the private and public sectors. I have put in the Record some other letters from the public sector and associations that strongly support the Kyl amendment. Most of what we do as a nation we do as private sector operatives, as State and local governments, and then, of course, the U.S. Government does a fair amount of directing and financing of programs, but clearly we cannot run everything from Washington, DC.…”
