I think without the patience he has shown in dealing with all of the Members, we would not be to this point that we are today, literally on the brink of passing, in the Senate, very historic legislation. So I compliment the majority leader and personally thank him for his patience in dealing with some of my concerns about the bill and the good work he has done in working with those problems. I also want to thank Chairman Grassley, who has shown a lot of patience and has worked hard in a very bipartisan way to put together a plan that could pass this body.
