As a result, groups like the National Amateur Athletic Association, Major League Baseball, NFL, NBA, National Hockey League, National Soccer League, and, of course, law enforcement and all 50 States attorneys general support this legislation. In fact, it is because of them that we are proposing it. We can't protect the citizens of our States unless we have legislation of this kind.
