I want to note that an interactive computer service whose facilities or service are used by another person as a means of communication to engage in an activity prohibited by section 1085, and where the interactive computer service does not have the intent that such facilities or service be used for such illegal activity, shall not be considered to violate subsection (b)(1)(B).
