We are already seeing the highest rates of first-time use of marijuana among teens and pre-teens in over 30 years. We are on the verge of a major, new drug epidemic. I do not think this is the time to be sending the kind of mixed message we see in these efforts to legalize marijuana or other Schedule I drugs.
