Mr. President, I will just say thank you to my leader. There is a lot that is enjoyable, some not so enjoyable, about serving here in the Senate. But my time as whip in particular has been one of the most enjoyable things I have done, both because it is in behalf of our colleagues here, helping to get things done, but also because I have been able to work alongside a great leader in Republican leader Mitch McConnell. I will treasure that always, and I am deeply grateful for the comments he made today. Thank you. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The Senator from Maryland.
