The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To prohibit assistance to North Korea under title II of the Food for Peace Act) At the end of subtitle A of title III, add the following: SEC. 3015. PROHIBITION ON ASSISTANCE FOR NORTH KOREA. No amounts may be obligated or expended to provide assistance under title II of the Food for Peace Act (7 U.S.C. 1721 et seq.) to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
