Well, again, this is a subject that I think the Congress wants to deal with as quickly as we can in a way that will ensure this time that we get it right, the courts will uphold what we do so that we can prevent the kind of cruelty that is involved here, and hopefully help people who suffer from the sexual deviancy that you have identified.
