I think I counted 30 questions that were orally asked during the course of a hearing that, as I understand it, went from 10:06 a.m. to 5:25 p.m. In addition to that, the committee routinely sends a questionnaire to these candidates. That questionnaire was provided to Miguel Estrada, and it was returned. It is some 25 pages in length and is a complete answer, and he does not refuse to answer any of the questions that were posed by the committee. These are the same questions that are asked of every nominee who comes before the committee. May I also ask the Senator from Utah if the answers to this questionnaire have been printed in the Record, and if they have not, if the Senator from Utah would place them in the Record?
