obviously, the subject which I will speak to is a very serious one and requires a lot more discussion than we are going to give it this evening. But the reason Senator McCain and I offered the sense-of-the-Senate resolution on North Korea was to begin to shed light on this most difficult problem and to give voice to the Senate feelings so that everyone could appreciate the fact that the Senate views this as an incredibly important problem that requires us to pay a lot more attention to it and that requires the President to have additional tools to deal with it.
