Mr. President, reserving the right to object, I appreciate the majority leader's attempt to put several of these items together. I would note that our side has only had a little over an hour to try to work this through our membership. I know there is one objection that I will need to interpose, but I would encourage the majority leader to meet with Senator McConnell when he is available so they can continue to work on this as a potential way to proceed.
