It would be our intention to ensure that is the case, with only one caveat. The seven States that currently do this legally, I am not sure exactly what their laws say, and it is not our intention here to deal with those one way or the other. Those are all grandfathered in. I suspect they at least require an address, if not something else. The State should require something else. It is our intention, at least prospectively, with our amendment, that they should and would.
