I recall in the Senate a vote of I think it was 97 to 1 or 90-something to 1, in any event, earlier this year that passed a proposed statute to guarantee crime victims certain rights. That bill is pending in the House. What this does is take those exact rights and make them applicable to victims of terrorist attacks, terrorist crimes. Again, I invite comments. I do not think it will be difficult. We will work that out. Amendment No. 3724 (Purpose: To strengthen anti-terrorism investigative tools, promote information sharing, punish terrorist offenses, and for other purposes)
