There could be that other remote possibility, that when it says on a staff note written in the White House, written by David Strauss, ``BC made 15 to 20 calls and raised $500,000,'' there is at least a slim chance, I would suppose, and maybe I could ask my colleague if he wants to comment on this, that BC did not refer to Bill Cosby or Boston College but Bill Clinton.

An elaborate charade. Trickery. If the American people think we are engaged in trickery, why not engage in trickery.
No, we don't force people to do that. I guess we do say that if you want to drive in some places, you have to buy auto insurance to insure against damage to somebody else. Right?
So the reason you wouldn't want to stand on the floor and vote for that Senate bill is not just because of the policy in it, it is because that bill will contain the Cornhusker Kickback, right?
