I wanted to take a moment, both of my colleagues are on the Committee on Education, to raise a separate issue that was raised at the end of the last hour... I have a 15-year-old and an 11-year-old at home. Nothing is more important to me than their education. And I am deeply interested that they get a good education and get ahead in this life. And that takes us to a debate that is at the fore of this Nation right now and on which conferees between the House and Senate will be meeting very soon, and that is the question of national testing.
