We have been joined by the gentlewoman from North Carolina (Ms. Foxx) and I am thrilled to have her join in the discussion about what we do about Social Security, reforming Social Security, and about the new idea of the GROW accounts, of taking just the surplus that Congress has been stealing and spending on general government, take that Social Security surplus and dedicate it to accounts in the names of individuals so it is their money and so every dime of Social Security taxes goes to Social Security.
