Thank you, Mr. Chairman, for holding this important hearing, and I look forward to this Committee coming to Phoenix, Arizona, on April, 20, so we can get a lot of firsthand testimony as to the enormity and the significance of this challenge to our States and our communities all over the Southwest, as well as all across America.
