I have to recognize that it has been this body, this Senate Committee, very important Committee on Indian Affairs that has been helping us.

The 21CSC initiative has received bipartisan support in Congress from Senators John McCain (R-AZ) and Michael Bennet (D-CO)

These are not just any jobs. These are well-paying jobs that keep a lot of people employed.

I am convinced the only successful path to preserving the rules-based order in the Indo-Pacific--and the peace and prosperity it has generated--is to renew America's leadership in the region in full.
