Mr. McCracken, if any former Paravant IC had a poor disciplinary record--to include conviction at a court-martial, conviction at a State or Federal civilian criminal trial, or record of non-judicial punishment--why did MPRI continue to allow that person to work on the NATO Weapons Training contract?
