I have had the great pleasure of visiting you on numerous occasions. The Tohono O'odham Tribe has been on the frontline and they have cooperated with State, local, and Federal officials. I thank you for that, Mr. Norris. And I know you need additional help, and it seems to me that we have probably not given you nearly what you need.
