the Air Force has committed to keeping the B-52 through 2040, while phasing out the B-2 and B-1
does the Air Force have a long term modernization plan for the B-52 that takes a holistic view of the aircraft
I think it is something we ought to pursue.
DOD needs to take more risks and be willing to fail.
