Secretary Stackley, are these funds for cores in support of the USS John C. Stennis (CVN-74) or the USS Harry S. Truman (CVN-75) or the USS Ronald Reagan (CVN-76), and if so, can the fiscal year 2015 nuclear core funding be deferred 1 year to help cover the immediate USS George Washington planning and material costs in fiscal year 2015?
