In the National Defense Authorization Bill for Fiscal Year 2012, which this committee recently reported out, section 861 would enable contracting authorities at DOD to void a contract, or restrict the award of future contracts, to anyone who is determined by the CENTCOM commander to be actively opposing U.S. forces in Afghanistan.
